End of Financial Year Team Lunch

Today marks the End of Financial Year Team Lunch here at B & C (pizzas, cake, lollies and fruit), the Gratitude Award Presentation, Megan Hibbert and Amila Palle Gedara birthdays (our June babies)- Happy Birthday guys 🥳 - our Painted Picture Session and brainstorming with the team - our theme for 24/25 “We are all in Sales”. Great conversations over lunch about how we can all contribute to sales in so many different ways from quality, minimum wastage, our website, spreading the word about the great things we are doing at B & C - it was so awesome that everyone felt comfortable and safe to contribute 😃

Megan presented the Gratitude Award to Royston Kent who reluctantly accepted. It is very important to recognise just how much Royston does in the business. This is the first time he has ever received it. Megan’s reason - “Many of us don’t realize just how hard Royston works day in day out, he packs up his bag at the end of the day but it doesn’t stop there, he’s still taking calls and emailing late into the night and weekends and putting it in to get sales over the line. He leads us all and we respect him. He has given me an opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally”. Beautiful words Megan. ❤️.
