Have Questions? You’re in the right place

Here are some factors to consider whether injection moulding is suitable for you:

Production Volume: Ideal for high-volume production (100,000 - 1,000,000), low-volume production (Minimum 1000).

Product Complexity: Capable of handling intricate designs and tight tolerances.

Material Selection: Supports a wide range of commodity and engineering materials.

Project Budget Considerations: A starting price for a small project could be $25,000

Is injection moulding the right option for me?

No problem; we can work with you directly to design your unique product and moulds. Helping you to design and create products is what we do best. We will work with you on your project and help you to achieve your desired outcome.

What if I don’t have a design yet?

What if I have a design but want to test the market before making a tool?

We understand. Building a tool for your project is a big commitment; you must ensure that your item will do what you require. That`s why at B & C, we suggest that a Prototype is developed first – this way, you can test the market with your concept and, of course, test that the product will work as you believe it will. Prototyping is an integral part of the B&C Process. The B&C Plastics team will work with you directly to develop the design, choose the suitable polymer and create the product you need.

Can my product be manufactured from recycled plastic?

Great question, we are working with many customers to develop a range of products that are manufactured from 100% recycled polymers.

Do you make Food Grade products?

We’re already manufacturing with many food grade Polymers.
